What is Moxia Mail?

Moxia Mail is the internal customer-correspondence dashboard used by the team that operates iloiloka.com and yaderprint.com. It consolidates every inquiry sent to any of our brand sales@ addresses into a single operator workspace.

Why we built it

Both brand sites field customer enquiries (RFQs, product questions, partnership requests) at addresses like sales@iloiloka.com and sales@yaderprint.com. Until recently those inboxes lived in Google Workspace, which works but is per-mailbox priced — adding the next sibling brand would mean another monthly seat plus another login workflow for the same small operator team.

Moxia Mail replaces the Workspace plumbing with a single edge-deployed application: one inbox surface for the operator, one D1 database we control, one verified-DKIM sender per brand domain so customer-facing reply identity stays correct.

Who can use it

Access is limited to team members invited explicitly by an administrator. There is no public sign-up form. New operators receive an email invitation with a sign-in link; without that invitation the application refuses access at the session layer.

Technical architecture

Moxia Mail is open in design and runs entirely on Cloudflare's edge primitives:

Cloudflare Email Workers for inbound — MX records on each brand domain route customer mail directly to our parser
Cloudflare Email Sending for outbound — replies are sent from the brand's verified DKIM/SPF domain so customers see them as legitimate continuation of their thread
D1 stores thread metadata, message indices, and operator session state
R2 archives every original RFC822 message plus binary attachments
Astro 5 + React 19 for the operator UI, server-rendered through the Cloudflare Workers adapter

What this domain is NOT

Not a consumer email service. We don't host third-party mailboxes.
Not a marketing platform. We do not run outbound campaigns from mail.himoxia.com.
Not a credential collector. Sign-in is invitation-only via either Google OAuth (verified Web client) or single-use email magic links — no password is ever stored or solicited.
Not associated with any third-party brand other than the two named above.

For inquiries about the brands themselves, use the contact forms on iloiloka.com or yaderprint.com — those forms route directly into this same inbox center. For technical questions about the Moxia Mail tooling itself, the operator team monitors sales@iloiloka.com and reads notes addressed there.
